By the end of the engagement, each attendee with have a clear awareness of Dynamics 365 as it comes out-of-the-box and how this can be enhanced using Microsoft’s free non-profit Accelerator. Charities will also have a clearer understanding of their high-level requirements for their CRM system and how D365 can support them to achieve their strategic goals.
